We are recruiting aTransport Coordinatoron behalf of our client, a large automotive logistics company based in Sheerness. This role is key in managing customer relationships, handling queries, and ensuring smooth transportation operations.
The Role:
* Act as the main point of contact for a specific customer, understanding their requirements and resolving queries.
* Manage and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and internal departments.
* Handle customer complaints and delivery issues professionally and efficiently.
* Update internal systems and databases, ensuring all interactions are recorded.
* General administration and additional duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
* Background in logistics, transport, or manufacturing.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Strong customer service and administration skills.
* Willingness to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced environment.
