Role Description
We are seeking a Centre Manager - Technician for a full-time, on-site role located in our service station in Cheadle. The Centre Manager - Technician will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of professionals, and ensure smooth workflows for automotive servicing and repairs. Responsibilities include scheduling, managing inventory, overseeing technical assignments, diagnosing vehicle issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role involves engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, vehicle repair, and maintenance procedures
* Strong leadership, team management, and organisational skills
* Customer service and communication skills to build relationships and address client needs
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
* Basic computer skills for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
* Experience in automotive or service station management is highly desirable
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive technology or management are a plus
