As Supply Chain Manager Finance Inspection, you are focused on improving insight and analytics, with the aim of improving operational excellence, profitability and cash generation.
Baker Hughes is currently seeking a maternity leave replacement for a period of 14 months.
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. KPI Ownership: Be the overall owner of all Inspection KPIs (HR, HSE, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Financial). Reviewing, identifying trends in data and questioning data before publication.
2. Profitability Analysis: Devising analysis vs prior year and plan and understanding the elements (FX, Price, Volume, Inflation, Deflation, Operational efficiency, Cost-out initiatives).
3. Standard Costing: Oversee standardized approach across Inspection; understanding planned un-liquidated costs & investigate how we assign to projects to create fully loaded project margins.
4. Annual Planning: Lead planning around Inventory reduction plans … focus on tangible action plans that we can measure against and drive accountability. Be strongly involved in inflation and deflation planning; questioning assumptions considering Global commodity indexing. Assist in validating overall financial planning with capacity planning modelling.

To be successful in this role you will:
5. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Manufacturing Operations.
6. Strong oral and written communication skills.
7. Strong interpersonal and leadership skillsa well as ability to influence others and lead small teams.
8. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
9. Effective problem identification and solution skills.
10. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
