You’ll play a vital role in creating a clean, safe and welcoming home for our residents — because in care, environment matters just as much as compassion. No previous experience? No problem. What You’ll Be Doing ✨ Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout residents’ rooms and communal areas Ensuring beds, bathrooms and living spaces are beautifully presented Supporting with laundry and linen to promote comfort and hygiene Identifying and reporting potential fire or safety risks Working closely with the wider team to maintain a safe environment You’ll take pride in your work and notice the details others might miss.
