We are partnering with a founder-led, high-growth financial platform that supports professional footballers and athletes in managing and growing their wealth across their careers, providing tools for financial planning, investment, education and long-term financial security. Headquartered in Mayfair, they are now seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to both the Founder and CEO during an exciting stage of growth. The Role This is a senior, highly trusted EA role offering a blend of business and private support. You will act as a true right hand to both executives, bringing structure, pace and discretion to demanding and ever-changing schedules. Responsibilities will include: Full diary and inbox management for the Founder and CEO Managing complex schedules across time zones, often involving athletes, agents, investors and partners Coordinating meetings, calls, travel and events (UK and international) Preparing briefs, presentations and key materials Acting as an effective gatekeeper, prioritising competing demands with sound judgement Supporting investor relations, partnerships and athlete engagement Providing a level of private / personal support, handled with absolute discretion Working closely with the wider leadership team to improve processes and operational efficiency Being a visible, trusted presence within the Mayfair office and wider team The Successful Candidate You will be a confident, credible EA with the gravitas to operate at founder and CEO level, and the professionalism to interact with high-profile individuals. Proven experience as an EA supporting senior leaders Background within financial services, fintech, private equity, investment or professional services Experience dealing with high-profile clients or UHNW individuals Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail High levels of discretion, judgement and emotional intelligence A proactive, solutions-driven mindset Confidence working in a fast-paced, founder-led business A calm, polished manner with the ability to push back diplomatically when required
