Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting property management operations, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and team members.
Duties
 * Support the property managers in carrying out viewings and reporting feedback.
 * Assist with maintenance reporting and coordinating contractors for the properties.
 * Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed.
 * Compliance checks: fire alarm checks, safety checks etc.
Skills
 * Proficient in time and diary managements
 * Strong upselling skills with a customer-focused approach.
 * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with tenants and team members.
 * Competent in property compliance with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation and reporting.
 * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to manage individual tasks effectively.
 * Must - have full clean driving license.
 * Must - be flexible with hours.
