Donaldson BOFA in Poole is seeking a results-driven Account Management professional to strengthen key customer relationships, drive sustainable sales growth, and deliver strategic value through cross-functional collaboration and tailored client solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
Sales & Account Excellence
* Create, own, and deliver revenue plans and hit sales targets
* Win new business, achieving, and exceeding goals to enable aggressive growth and profitability targets
* Thought leadership and innovative ideas to add holistic value
* Create and regularly review strategic account plan
* Understand customer business - their priorities and how we can assist them
* Create and maintain internal monthly profitability and volume-trending reporting
Build Strong Relationships At The
* Customer national and global level
* Internal BOFA Sales Organization
* OEM customers
* Other channel partners and key relationships
Execution Excellence
* Effectively coordinate internal resources
* Create and maintain monthly and ad hoc KPI dashboards per account
* Leverage executive engagement and help keep actively engaged
Minimum Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B corporate relationship building, preferably with Fortune 500 companies
* Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
* Willingness to travel up to 30% of working time
Preferred Qualifications
* Industrial sales experience preferred (laser/3D printing/manufacturing).
* Strong communicator and relationship builder (mid–senior level).
* Strategic, results-driven, and solution-oriented.
* Proactive, innovative, and challenges the status quo.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities independently.
