Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities. ​ The Global Key Account Manager, BOFA will play the lead role in creating meaningful customer value and authentic customer relationships in strategic accounts. This key position will drive significant revenue growth, deepen relationships at the customer corporate level, and work highly effectively with a cross-functional team. Accounts may be national and/or global in nature. Primary Responsibilities: Sales & Account Excellence Create, own, and deliver revenue plans and hit sales targets Win new business, achieving, and exceeding goals to enable aggressive growth and profitability targets Thought leadership and innovative ideas to add holistic value Create and regularly review strategic account plan Understand customer business - their priorities and how we can assist them Create and maintain internal monthly profitability and volume-trending reporting Build strong relationships at the: Customer national and global level Internal BOFA Sales Organization OEM / Dealer / Distribution Partners Other channel partners and key relationships Internal and external communication cadence for team meetings, business reviews, and KPI reviews Execution Excellence Effectively coordinate internal resources Create and maintain monthly and ad hoc KPI dashboards per account Leverage executive engagement and help keep actively engaged Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of experience in B2B corporate relationship building, preferably with Fortune 500 companies Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications: Previous sales experience in the industrial sector would be beneficial Experience in the Laser, 3D printing/additive manufacturing, manufacturing industry selling products would be ideal Strong collaborator with extremely effective interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated success in building relationships both internally and externally at a mid-manager and above levels Strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs and connect into value-added solutions Results minded person who understands how to leverage collective potential Innovative, creative thinker who thinks “outside the box” Ability to proactively anticipate potential issues and create a plan to circumvent/avoid/solve Willingness to challenge the status quo Disciplined skill set to follow through on commitments and keep stakeholders informed Ability to work independently, prioritize appropriately, multitask, and meet deadlines Excellent accuracy and attention to detail as well as desire for continuous improvement Key words: sales, key accounts, national accounts, manufacturing, laser Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
