The practical bits As you work shifts, it is difficult to set out your normal workinghoursand these will be confirmed in a rota.Generally, youllwork?27 hour one week and 36 hours the next week and these hours will beallocatedbetween Monday and Sunday. The rota might need to be changed based on the needs of customers and the business butdontworry,wellgive you plenty of notice (up to 4 weeks) if we need to change this. These hours are the hours you are busy working, so theydontinclude your lunch breaks. You may also be entitled to an unpaid breakin accordance withyour shift duration.
