What Youll Be Doing
As Sous Chef, youll be second-in-command in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service, high standards, and inspiring food that keeps our guests coming back.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and delivering a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation
* Leading, motivating, and mentoring junior kitchen staff
* Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times
* Contributing to menu development, specials, and seasonal offerings
* Managing stock control and placing supplier orders as needed
* Supporting the Head Chef with rota planning and labour management
* Championing a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
