ABOUT THE ROLE
What you'll be doing
* Help deliver a year-round calendar of events and activities
* Create lively, well-written, and engaging content to populate the building's digital app
* Engage with occupiers to promote the app and events, and discuss new community initiatives
* Manage suppliers and handle operational logistics for events
* Develop and execute a communications strategy to engage customers across digital, social, and physical channels (posters/flyers)
* Monitor and track feedback from events
* Oversee budgets and resource allocation required

ABOUT YOU
What we're looking for
* Experience in a B2B client-facing events and marketing communications role, for example working with occupiers in a commercial building, or retailers (e.g. for a shopping centre/retail destination) or similar
* Customer-centricity and an understanding of customer engagement metrics
* Ability to develop relationships at all business levels
* Strong writing skills, impeccable grammar and a flair for creative writing
* Ability to develop, implement and promote a calendar of events and activities that deliver strong customer engagement
* Experience in managing agencies and media partners
* Good networking skills and the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
* Track record in delivery of event strategies and plans, commercial targets and budget management
* Successful management of agency staff, consultants and suppliers
