Key Responsibilities
1. Engage proactively with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements; therefore, you recommend the right model confidently
2. Present and demonstrate vehicles professionally, highlighting key features and benefits
3. Guide customers through the full sales process from initial enquiry to final handover
4. Explain finance options clearly and complete all required documentation accurately
5. Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
6. Stay informed about market trends, new models and competitor activity
7. Build long-term relationships with customers to secure repeat business and referrals
Essential Skills & Experience
8. Previous experience in car sales is essential
9. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
10. Strong negotiation and closing skills
11. Excellent communication and customer service ability
12. Confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
13. Full UK driving licence
