Your Duties & Responsibilities include:
* Provide excellent customer service via e-mail, telephone and internal messaging systems.
* Provide training to end clients to enhance their knowledge of the system.
* To work as part of a team to ensure all service level agreements are maintained and department objectives achieved
You will need:

* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of MS Office products, such as Excel and Word
* Willingness to learn and develop both new and existing skills.
