We pride ourselves on being customer centric and commercially astute. Who are we looking for HR professionals already working in a HR Manager or HR Business Partner capacity. You will have experience in day to day HR Operations, thrive when working at pace, enjoy variety and building strong stakeholder relationships. You'll be a true HR Generalist with examples of working with managers across the full employee lifecycle including, Talent, Reward, Engagement and Employee Relations. You should know best practice and be able to provide practical HR advice, in line with desired commercial outcomes. What we need: Commercial and practical approach to HR, coupled with a good understanding of employment law Strong relationship building skills, able to build credibility with key contacts and stakeholders Sound ability to influence decision making Organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Flexible in approach with the ability to adapt A “can do attitude” with strong levels of ownership and accountability with the drive to deliver Strong attention to detail, with a right first time approach Previous experience using various HR technology advantageous What can we offer?
