We’re on the lookout for a Customer Experience Manager to join us on a full-time basis! This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our friendly, well-established team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and consistently wowing our customers.
What we’re looking for
We seek a customer service superstar capable of leading our team of Customer Experience Coordinators in creating a positive, welcoming, friendly, and efficient environment for customers and their pets. Ideally, you will have management experience in the service or hospitality industry.
Our Customer Experience team are often the first point of contact for our customers—greeting them at reception or assisting them over the phone. This position offers a great opportunity to make a fabulous, long-lasting impression!
To ensure your success, we provide comprehensive training, including access to CPD for veterinary reception teams through the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association).
We are adopting a deskless reception model! You will lead by example, approaching customers confidently as they arrive, guiding them to seating areas for dogs and cats, offering refreshments, and managing check-in and check-out processes on a tablet. There will also be opportunities to upsell products and services, such as our Pet Health Plan. Your proactive, approachable, and helpful attitude will set the tone for the 5-star customer service we aim to deliver.
We offer a range of benefits to attract and retain top talent, including:
* Profit share bonus
* Long service recognition
* Income protection
* Surgery discounts
