CRM and Social Media Manager Duties
* Manage the company's email programme and social media activity
* Report directly to the Head of Marketing
* Define and develop the organic social media content strategy
* Monitor and report on KPIs
Skills Required
* Experience in CRM and social media management within travel, ideally luxury travel, or for a senior executive aiming to step up
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms
