The Role The successful candidate will: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated science lessons Teach science to at least Key Stage 3 (other key stages considered) Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports diverse needs Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching approaches Use data and AI tools intelligently to support learning and progress tracking Promote positive behaviour and strong classroom culture Work collaboratively with parents, carers, therapists and colleaguesCandidate Requirements We are looking for someone who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Has a degree in Science or related subject Has experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Has experience teaching Science up to Key Stage 3 Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills Can build strong relationships with students, staff and families Is confident using ICT to support teaching and learningPersonal Qualities The ideal candidate will be: Passionate about inclusive education and SEND practice A collaborative and enthusiastic team player Creative, reflective and committed to high-quality teaching Resilient, positive and motivated to make a real difference to young peopleWorking Hours Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:15am – 4:30pm Tuesday: 8:15am – 5:30pm (includes 1 hour ...
