 
        Procurement Lead PTSG Ltd is a market leader in specialist services to the construction and FM sectors, delivering safety, compliance, and maintenance solutions nationwide. We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Lead to join our business. This is an ideal role for a hands-on, commercially minded professional who enjoys working autonomously and thrives on delivering results. You’ll take ownership of specific categories within PTSG, including Fire, Security, Electrical, and other FM suppliers, focusing on consolidating spend across the businesses and implementing preferred supplier frameworks. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a visible impact in the company; driving value, improving supplier performance, and shaping the procurement strategy. This is a full time, permanent role, working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and is based from our Castleford head office (WF10 5HW) on a hybrid basis. What you will be doing: Lead direct procurement and category management across group operations. Consolidate supplier spend and implement preferred supplier agreements. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure best value. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. Analyse category spend to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities. Ensure compliance with procurement policy and ethical standards. What we're looking for: Proven experience in procurement within facilities management, building services, or related sectors. Strong knowledge of Fire, Security, Electrical, and FM supply chains. Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills. Confident working independently and influencing across multiple business units. Commercially astute, data-driven, and results-focused. CIPS qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
