Key Responsibilities
* Prepare sterile compounded medications under pharmacist supervision.
* Accurately draw and label pre-filled syringes with precise volume and air-free contents.
* Maintain sterility in ISO-classified environments, including laminar flow hoods and cleanrooms.
* Follow strict gowning, hygiene, and USP 797/800 compliance protocols.
* Monitor environmental conditions and document compounding activities.
* Operate and maintain sterile compounding equipment (IV pumps, mixers, filtration systems).
* Track inventory, manage stock rotation, and assist with procurement.
* Support quality assurance and participate in audits and training initiatives.

What You Bring
* Registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy as a Registered or Certified Technician.
* Completion of a sterile compounding training program or certification.
* PTCB Sterile Compounding Certification preferred.
* Previous experience in sterile compounding (hospital or specialty pharmacy setting ideal).
* Strong attention to detail, documentation, and compliance standards.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
