Responsibilities
* Provide group-level support across 4 operational sites and 4 hospitality-only sites, ensuring consistency in standards and delivery
* Act as a central point of coordination for one contract, aligning site performance with overall business objectives
* Support site teams and Operations Manager with strategic input, problem-solving, and operational improvements
* Drive consistency in food quality, service standards, and brand delivery across all locations
* Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of best practice across sites
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, ensuring a joined‑up and proactive approach to the contract
