Teaching Personnel is working with an excellent all-boys school that caters to students with mental health and behavioral challenges arising from childhood trauma, PTSD, and troubled home lives.
We are seeking individuals to assist students in various aspects of school attendance, including learning support, behavior management, emotional guidance, pastoral care, and serving as positive role models.
The school is well-equipped to meet students' needs but may face challenges in helping students regulate their emotions, which can sometimes lead to aggressive or confrontational behavior, anxiety, and low self-esteem.
We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:
* Mentally resilient with the ability to think quickly
* Energetic and in good health, comfortable being active during the school day
* Team players with excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute ideas
* A good sense of humor and thick-skinned
In return, we offer:
* £26,270 per year, including full pay over school holidays and half terms
* Full-time, permanent position: 8:30 – 16:00, Monday to Friday, during term time

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent employment in the future.
