About The Role:
This role is responsible for overseeing the creation, revision, and maintenance of all quality management documentation. Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 / BRCGS standards and Lean principles across the Windmill Site, whilst also maintaining robust version control and document management systems to ensure all materials are current and accessible. Responsible for the delivery of high-quality documentation and processes. Ensuring that Health & Safety standards and Food Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
What You Will Be Doing
1. Process and Documentation: Develop processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs/WBIs) to ensure consistent performance across all departments and teams.
2. Ensure processes are lean, scalable and effective.
3. Embed best practice into standard work and share across networks.
4. Review and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, including version control and updates.
5. Re-evaluate and document process improvements and lessons learned when updating process documentation with stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement and Project Management:
1. Identify opportunities for improvement using structured methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
2. Provide updates on progress, risks, and escalations.
3. Constantly look to improve processes, removing waste and optimizing flow.
4. Design, monitor, and report on project KPIs, adapting them to meet business goals and advising team members on their metrics.
5. Ensure that all operational processes support the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with senior management on current projects and achievements.
2. Collaborate across departments to resolve standardization issues, share best practices, and drive compliance.
Who You Are
1. Demonstrated experience in process writing or a similar role.
2. Understanding of Lean and process creation.
3. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
4. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
5. Proficiency in documentation software and version control systems.
6. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt & STEM-related degree would be a plus.
7. BRCGS Awareness & ISO 9001 Awareness would be a plus.

Shifts
Monday - Friday, flexible hours with either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.
