Caddy Clubhouse was founded by a team of professional caddies with over 50 years of collective experience in the field. We specialise in providing tailored caddie training, expert guidance to help individuals launch successful careers in caddying and have recently launched a one-stop caddie booking and management platform.


Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Manager at Caddy Clubhouse. The role involves identifying new business opportunities and partnerships within golf clubs & resorts, managing existing club partnerships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

The Business Development Manager will create proposals, negotiate contracts, and present solutions to prospective partner clubs. Additional responsibilities include leading structured onboarding for new partner clubs alongside supporting existing clubs and further developing those relationships.

Operationally, the BDM will be responsible for implementing and overseeing key processes to ensure that club relationship management is optimised.


As our portfolio of partner clubs expands, this will be a key role in ensuring every club we work with sees tangible, long-term value.


This is not a support role. It is a commercial and operational leadership position focused on long-term partnership success.


Qualifications

* Experience in business development, client relationship management, and partnership building
* Strong skills in strategic planning, market research, and identifying growth opportunities
* A background in golf, with a sound understanding of golf club operations including committee dynamics, member expectations, revenue pressure within clubs and the operational realities behind the scenes.
* Proficiency in sales processes, contract negotiation, and proposal creation
* Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software
* A results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
