Job Description
Company: A leading manufacturing company, appointed Hays to recruit an Administrator for their Compliance team. This is a temporary role initially for 6 months, with potential for extension. It is an office-based position with working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 12 noon on Friday.
Role Responsibilities: As an Administrator, you will work within the compliance team, preparing paperwork and documentation related to freight movements, verifying documents according to procedures, updating databases accurately, liaising with internal departments, and providing administrative support across the department.
Requirements: Previous experience in a busy administration role, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong communication skills both verbal and written, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
