Are you a skilled Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor looking to join us?

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Per Annum (Highly competitive, negotiable, and dependent on experience)
The Role
* Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Managing a team of Paralegals.
* Delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.
* Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering development within the team.
* Contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firm’s reputation and client base.
* Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
* Staying updated with legal and market trends through continuous professional development.
The Ideal Candidate
* Conveyancing Expertise – 3+ years’ PQE as a solicitor or licensed conveyancer with proven residential property experience.
* IT Proficiency – Experience with case management systems and digital workflows.
* Strong Communication Skills – Clear and professional written and verbal communication, with excellent client care.
* Drive & Ambition – A strong work ethic and commitment to career progression.
* Team Player Mentality – Collaborative and supportive approach, working effectively within a team.
