What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking enthusiastic, motivated and child-centred practitioners who:
1. Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher)
2. Hold a Paediatric First Aid qualification (or are willing to undertake)
3. Have experience of working in Early Years
4. Can bring energy, creativity, and warmth into every learning experience
5. Understand and value inclusive practice
6. Believe in the power of play-based learningand can bring the Curiosity Approach to life
7. Are great communicators, reflective team players, and eager to keep learning

19. Hours: 31.25 per week (8.45am – 3.30pm)
20. Salary: £25,-25, FTE (Actual £18,-£18, for Term Time Only) (dependent on experience)
