The Role:
You will handle a diverse range of commercial disputes, including:
* Contract disagreements
* Debt recovery
* Defamation
* Partnership disputes
* Property litigation
* Shareholder disputes
* Inheritance issues
Key responsibilities include providing a high standard of client service, employing alternative dispute resolution methods, and representing clients in court when necessary.
