Job Title: Skilled Labourer - CSCS CARD
Pay rate: £11.50 to £14.00 due to experience
Location: Buntingford based but MUST drive due to different site locations (travelling to London and Slough predominantly)
Job Summary: The Skilled Labourer is responsible for performing various manual tasks to support with installations. This role involves physical labour, use of hand tools, and operation of equipment to assist in the completion of projects. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, and able to work in various environmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform manual labour tasks including loading and unloading materials, use of hand tools.
2. Use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks. (impact guns, pivot, drill drivers)
3. Measuring and able to read from CAD drawings.
4. Assist with the setup and clean-up of job sites.
5. Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
6. Operate machinery and equipment as directed.
7. Ensure tools and equipment are stored properly and maintained in good working condition.
8. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
9. Complete tasks efficiently and within the allocated time frame.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
11. CSCS Card
12. High school diploma or equivalent.
13. Proven experience as a labourer or in a similar role.
14. Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment.
15. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks.
16. Ability to work in various weather conditions.
17. Strong work ethic and reliability.
18. Good communication skills.
19. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
20. Basic understanding of safety procedures and practices.
Physical Requirements:

22. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
23. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
24. Comfort working in environments that may include exposure to weather, noise, and dust.
