Responsibilities
* Issue all reactive call outs including urgent 4-hour request's
* Obtaining worksheets and closing off in the system
* Issuing weekly PPM'S (pre planned maintenance works) and assigning to relevant contractors/engineer
* Working to strict SLA'S and ensuring worksheets and engineers have completed task's
* Daily meetings and liaising with the client
* Responsible for investigating and closing all complaints that are received from the Client,
* Obtaining statutory compliance documents and updating the trackers
* Liaising with contractors and engineers daily
