About the Role
We are looking for a team member to join our busy and rapidly developing online department. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing fast and friendly support via email and over the phone. You will also be helping our returns team process refunds and helping our product team infill and upload products onto our website.
This is a part time position working 4 days a week. The days include a Friday and Saturday. The contract is temporary with the possibility of it becoming permenant.
We require someone who is enthusiastic, computer literate and can work in a fast-paced environment, as well as having a confident phone manner and great customer service skills.
Working well as part of a team and communicating effectively within this dynamic team is crucial and is a vital part of this role.
What You'll Be Doing
* You will be the first point of contact for customer queries
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and over the phone
* Resolve product or delivery problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best course of action
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring customers stay updated
* Process refunds for customer returns
* Helping the product team infill products ready to be loaded onto the website
