We’re hiring a Senior Lead Generator to join a fast growing, high performing sales team in the City of London. This is a high volume outbound calling role where activity, resilience, and results are rewarded.
You’ll play a key role in driving pipeline, engaging B2B prospects, and creating qualified opportunities for senior sales teams.
The Role
* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
* Engage decision-makers and introduce services confidently
* Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
* Build early-stage relationships and uncover client needs
* Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
* Consistently hit and exceed call and pipeline targets
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or high volume calling
* Strong communicator with confidence on the phone
* Target-driven with a resilient, proactive mindset
* Highly organised with a strong work ethic
* Ambitious and motivated by progression and earnings
