About the Role
You'll support our conveyancing team in delivering exceptional service to clients. This will involve handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions, liaising with clients and third parties, preparing legal documents, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing work
Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork
Carrying out searches and investigations on title
Managing client communications and updates throughout transactions
Maintaining accurate records and case management systems
About You
Previous experience as a paralegal, ideally within residential conveyancing
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive, client-focused approach
