Administration Assistant Grade 3 £25,185 - £25,989 pro rata 22.5 hours term time only, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 1pm Permanent Required as soon as possible The Governing Body and Headteacher are seeking to appoint an Admin Assistant who is organised, hardworking and a great first contact for people visiting and contacting our school. The post holder will work with the Office Manager assisting in the provision of an effective secretarial, administrative and clerical support service to facilitate the day to day running of the school office, including the finance and budget control system. We are a friendly, supportive and enthusiastic staff looking to appoint someone who can relate well to staff, pupils, parents and visitors. Applicants must: be a well organised and efficient with a friendly disposition – who is able to deal with a variety of challenging situations whilst balancing the day to day work of an Admin Assistant in a Primary School be flexible and eager to work as part of team and to contribute to the smooth running of the school The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
