Job Description The HCM Support Lead plays a key role in keeping our Oracle HCM platform running smoothly day‑to‑day, acting as the go to expert for system stability, configuration control, and complex issue resolution. You’ll take ownership of monitoring system health, troubleshooting technical problems, managing incidents, and ensuring payroll and business operations remain uninterrupted. Alongside this, you’ll oversee access governance assigning and maintaining roles, conducting reviews, and supporting key security tasks while also guiding the business through quarterly Oracle releases by reviewing patch impacts, validating functionality, and coordinating defect resolution. This role also carries responsibility for maintaining strong data integrity and compliance across the HCM landscape. You’ll ensure consistent configuration, support audit readiness through clear documentation, and carry out regular checks to keep data accurate and secure.
