The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior or Support Worker (depending on experience) with a commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities to take on an exciting role in our supported living service in Hailsham. This service will provide life-changing, person-centred support to a vibrant individual with complex needs.

Who We Are Looking For
• Senior Support Worker or Support Worker
• Experience as a Senior / Support Worker in a learning disability or complex needs setting
• Someone creative, resilient, and passionate about making a difference
• Must have a valid manual drivers licence

As our Senior / Support Worker, you will be part of a passionate team delivering outstanding care to a lively and resilient individual with a fantastic and silly sense of humour. They love the outdoors, playing ball games, trampolining, and having picnics and your support will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe, structured, and engaging environment.
