Lynx Employment Services are recruiting for a Customer Support Agent to join a busy customer service team in Sheffield.
This is a full-time temporary position working 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts on a Monday to Friday rota. Please note that while there may be future opportunities, we cannot guarantee that this temporary role will lead to a permanent position.
Job Purpose
You will be responsible for communicating directly with customers via telephone, email, social media and face-to-face channels. The role involves handling enquiries and service requests from members of the public regarding services provided.
You will deliver both reactive and proactive customer service, helping the client achieve its contractual performance standards and customer service targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
2. Process service requests accurately using internal systems.
3. Communicate with customers via telephone, email, social media and face-to-face interactions.
