Our client is looking for an Immediately Available Accounts Assistant to join their team on a fixed term contract basis. Their duties will include the following:
* Preparing and issuing customer invoices
* Processing and coding supplier invoices
* Performing supplier statement reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
* Maintaining project records, including setting up new projects and amending existing ones
* Transferring purchase order commitments
* Managing incoming calls and responding to enquiries in a professional manner
* Providing operational support and cover for team members when required
* Assisting with additional finance-related duties on an ad hoc basis
