Assistant Sales Manager
Basic Salary - £25,000 OTE 50,000 plus
Full UK Driving licence & own car

As our client continues to grow and expand, they are excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and ambitious professional to join them as an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager plays a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. Working closely with the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will help drive performance, support team development, and contribute to achieving company sales targets.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build leadership experience while still being actively involved in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Branch Manager with valuations, vendor care, and marketing initiatives.
* Supporting with leadership and motivating the sales team
* Manage your own sales pipeline from offer through to exchange and completion.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers at every stage.
* Achieve individual and branch sales targets.
* Assisting with training and onboarding new sales team members
* Contribute to maintaining our client’s excellent reputation and strong local presence.
About You:
* Proven track record in property sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of the sales and conveyancing process.
* A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for property and people.
* Full UK driving licence.
