Your new company This organisation is seeking a Compliance and Policy Advisor to join their team. They are a well-established organisation operating in a project-led environment. Your new role As the Compliance and Policy Advisor, you will take the lead in managing the company's policy framework and wider compliance activity. Your role will consist of documentation ownership, advisory support and regulatory awareness. You will: Oversee all compliance and policy documentation and ensure they're accurate, updated and stored correctly. Draft and update policies in line with business needs and regulatory updates, as well as monitoring regulatory changes. Manage scheduled reviews of policies and procedures and ensure updates are completed on time Test and assess the effectiveness of the policies and procedures Handle client compliance requests Support with accreditation maintenance Liaise with employees and internal departments at all levelsWhat you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in a compliance role Strong understanding of regulatory processes and how a regulator works Experience drafting, reviewing and managing policies and procedures Excellent communication and organisational skills Proactive, confident, good at problem-solving Ideally, you will come from a construction background or a service-based organisation.What you'll get in return You will receive an excellent salary of £35,000 d...
