What You'll Be Doing
1. Providing 1:1 and small‑group support
2. Assisting with learning, engagement and behaviour
3. Creating a safe, inclusive environment alongside teaching staff
What you'll need to succeed
4. Experience in SEN, care, support work, or education
5. A calm, patient, and supportive approach
6. Someone reliable who canmit to the hours listed
