As a Design Technology (DT) Teacher, you will plan engaging sessions, support learners in developing design skills, and create an environment that encourages creativity and practical thinking. Prime Responsibilities: Deliver structured and engaging Design Technology lessons. Guide students in safe use of tools, materials, and equipment. Provide constructive feedback to support pupil progress. Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning space. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge and confidence as a Design Technology Teacher. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Commitment to fostering creativity and practical skills in learners. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
