An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced and client-focused Residential Property Lawyer to join a leading Top 60 UK law firm, consistently recognised for its excellence in quality, culture, and client care.

The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of non-contentious residential property matters, including:
* Sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
* Voluntary first registrations
* Lease extensions
You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues, contribute to business development initiatives, and play a key role in a collaborative team that values service excellence and professional growth.
The firm operates a modern, paperless system and offers hybrid working, typically with three days per week in the office providing the flexibility to balance client needs with your own working preferences.
About You
Will bring:
* 5+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer
* A proven track record in residential property law within the Thames Valley area
* Excellent technical knowledge, attention to detail, and drafting ability
* Confidence in managing your own caseload and supporting junior team members
