About The Company
Our client is a leading provider of domiciliary care in Ashford and are opening a brand new office in Dover. They deliver care to services users in their homes & they pride themselves on the highest standards. Due to company growth and opportunities in the Dover area they are now opening a new office there to support and deliver care to the community.
The Role
In this exciting growth phase for the business, and the team need an expert Care Coordinator to work closely with the Registered Manager and support them in all areas of the business. This includes but is not limited to:
* Care Coordination - Round planning and management
* Supervisory - Supervising the teams in the field
* Recruitment and onboarding - Finding the best talent for the business
* Business development - Helping to move the business forward and proactively identifying opportunities for new business
* Operations - Day to day running of the branch, supporting the management team with compliance, administration and operations.
* Customer Relations - Ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered and managing customer relationships.
About You
You will have extensive experience, ideally in a similar role in the Care sector. You will be passionate about care, you know what it takes to deliver care and make sure everything runs efficiently. You will be great at communicating at multiple levels; with the team internally, service users and their families. You will have great commercial awareness, the ability to listen and understand service users needs and adapt solutions to those needs.
