About the roles
We have multiple positions available, including:
1. 1:1 Support Roles – supporting students with additional needs
2. Full Classroom Support – assisting teachers across a range of subjects
3. Small Group Intervention – helping pupils achieve their learning goals
4. Behaviour Support Roles – working closely with students to promote positive engagement and learning behaviours
These roles are available on a short-term, long-term and permanent basis, providing flexibility whether you’re looking for consistent work or varied experience across different schools.
What we are looking for
We wee applications from candidates who:
5. Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)
6. Are passionate about supporting student learning and development
7. Are adaptable, proactive and able to build positive relationships
8. Have strongmunication and teamwork skills
