At Scartho Community Hub we offer all of the traditional services of a library whilst also offering rooms out for groups in the community to come in and use them for classes and activities.
These classes include; sewing, music classes, Weight Watchers sessions, chair based exercise, a variety of fitness classes and also social groups for members of the public.
Duties on a daily basis will include:
* Taking phone calls
* Answering customer queries
* Booking in groups in the diary
* Serving drinks to the classes
* Setting up for classes and activities
* Signing library books in and out
* Offering good customer service to the public
* Minimal cleaning
Please be aware that this is not a paid position. Full training will be given
We would ask volunteers to commit to a minimum of 3 hours a week. The community hub is open Monday to Friday 9am-4pm.
