The Role
You will join the highly regarded Real Estate team across Liverpool and Manchester as a Professional Support Lawyer, providing technical guidance across Corporate Support, Landlord & Tenant, Commercial Leasework, Acquisitions & Disposals, and more.
You will monitor legal developments, conduct research, and translate complex changes into clear guidance for the fee-earning team. With no fee-earning pressures, you will have the flexibility to manage your work while having a tangible impact on the growth and expertise of the department.
The Ideal Candidate
* You will be an ambitious Real Estate solicitor with 10+ years PQE.
* Experience in a PSL or knowledge management role is highly advantageous.
