Field Sales Executive
Location: Maidstone
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K). £250 a month car allowance. Business travel paid.
We’re looking for a sales professional who is confident, ambitious, and hungry to earn. This is a door‑to‑door sales role in the broadband industry.
What you will be doing:
* Go door‑to‑door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
* Manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
* Drive performance – hitting and exceeding targets consistently.
* Build relationships within the local community and internally.
* Be open to feedback, eager to learn and adapt your approach.
What you will bring:
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Motivated by targets and results, with solid sales experience ideally in a face‑to‑face role.
* Ability to engage people and get the "yes" in a real conversation.
* Friendly, confident, and proficient at managing time and working independently in the field.
