The Role
This is a varied position that begins with data cleaning and progresses into telephone-based research. Initially, you will be responsible for verifying and updating contact information to ensure accuracy (e.g. correct names, spellings, and details).
Once the data has been refined, you will then contact individuals to carry out short surveys in your native language.
What We’re Looking For
7. Fluency in one of the languages listed above
8. Confident and professional telephone manner
9. Basic IT skills and ability to work with databases
10. Reliable and detail-oriented
Previous telesales or office experience is beneficial but not essential. We welcome applications from students and candidates looking for flexible work—language skills are the key requirement.
Training
Full training will be provided (delivered in English), so you’ll feel confident and supported in the role.
Hours
We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities with a high level of flexibility.
11. Working hours are Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm
12. You can choose the hours that suit you within this timeframe
13. We aim to accommodate most availability, as long as project hours are completed
