Programme Manager | City of London| Contract: 12-Month Contract | Day Rate: £650 - £900 per day | Working Model: Hybrid An exciting opportunity to a leading commercial insurance brokerage located near the Lloyds of London building as a Programme Manager, where you'll play a leading role in the successful rescue and recovery of a critical D365 implementation programme. We are seeking an experienced 'safe pair of hands' professional to lead this initiative and ensure its alignment with our strategic objectives. The programme is an 'in-flight' programme which needs to be urgently got back on track and taken through to successful completion. Role Overview: As the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the initial build of the Dynamics Contact Center within the firm. This is a hands-on Programme Manager role that requires a proactive approach to managing risks, issues, and dependencies associated with the project. You will collaborate closely with Microsoft and Fast Track engineers to enhance the product and ensure its successful deployment across the organization. Key Responsibilities as Programme Manager: - Programme Leadership: Lead the initial build of the Dynamics Contact Center as Programme Manager, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget. - Risk Management: Proactively manage risk issues and dependencies, implementing strategies to mitigate potential challenges. - Collaboration with Microsoft: Work closely as Programme Manager with Microsoft to establish product requirements and engage Fast Track engineers to identify and resolve issues or enhancements needed for the D365 platform. - Operational Review: Collaborate with the end client to review operational processes and reporting, identifying gaps and establishing effective measures for addressing these findings. - Data Reporting: Establish comprehensive Power BI reporting using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks for D365, ensuring clarity and accessibility of information for stakeholders. Qualifications: - Proven experience in programme management, particularly in large-scale D365 implementations or similar ERP systems. - Strong background in risk management and the ability to navigate complex project environments. - Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working directly with software vendors and engineering teams. - Proficient in Power BI and data reporting tools, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Fabric and Databricks. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to identify gaps in operational processes effectively.
