The Opportunity
We are seeking an AI Talent Acquisition expert to help establish world-class AI capabilities at GUS Group level and across our institutions.
We need someone with a strong network of global AI professionals, whether currently with an AI recruitment agency or in-house as an AI TA partner, with active talent pools that can be tapped immediately.
Your role will cover all AI hiring areas:
* Executive roles like Chief AI Officer (CAIO) and Directors of AI.
* Technical roles such as engineers, QA, and AI support.
* AI operational roles supporting business transformation.
* Product and pedagogy-focused AI roles driving innovation in learning and teaching.
You will recruit across the AI lifecycle, from leadership to hands-on development, influencing how GUS integrates AI into operations, products, and pedagogy.
You will advise senior stakeholders, guiding talent strategy, attraction methods, and using data and market insights to inform decisions. Demonstrating agility and resilience, youll adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment of AI roles across all levels.
* Leverage existing global AI talent pools and networks.
* Partner with C-suite and leaders to define roles and develop hiring strategies.
* Conduct direct sourcing campaigns for global AI talent.
* Track recruitment metrics, ROI, and market insights, using data to optimize processes.
* Support creation of compelling AI Employer Value Proposition and candidate materials.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience to position GUS as an AI employer of choice.

* Data-driven, able to use metrics and insights to influence decisions.

* Expertise in talent mapping, sourcing niche skills, and finding hard-to-find talent.
* Proven skills in candidate attraction, management, and conversion.
