Key Responsibilities As a Social Worker in the Adult Mental Health Team, you will: Undertake comprehensive assessments for adults experiencing mental health difficulties. Develop, implement, and review person-centred care and support plans. Work in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practice guidance. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary partners including health professionals and community services. Provide advice, guidance, and support to service users and their families. Participate actively in team meetings, supervision, and training sessions. Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality case records in line with statutory and council requirements. Requirements Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work Registration with Social Work England Minimum of 2 years' post-qualifying experience in adult mental health (essential) Ability to work 5 days per week in an office-based role Availability to start within 2-4 weeks Please note: This role is fully office-based with no remote working available.
